General Notes: Husband - Christopher Blake

Revolutionary War Veteran.
There is little information on this family, but following the Day Book of Joseph Lawrence of Epsom, there are entries for both Christopher Blake and Timothy Blake
Christopher appears in entries from 1816-1820 , and Timothy Blake from 1817-1822 when he probably moved to Barnstead. In September 1810, Timothy shows entries for 'to putting up a house frame' and 'oxen one day hauling rocks' and '2 window frames'. On October 22 it shows oxen and wheels 1/2 day hauling bricks and the cost of bricks. On the 27th there is an entry for the purchase of bricks by Christopher Blake. I assume Christopher and Timothy are working on the same project.

James Babb Diary for Dec. 22, 1820 - Christopher Blake Aet yrs and Rachel Griffin 52 yrs both of Epsom published.

1810 US Census
1 male 16 to 25
1 male 45 and over
1 female 16 to 25
1 female over 45
Probably Christopher and wife with his son Timothy and wife.

Death date from Revolutionary War pension papers, along with known children.
