From Linda Freeman email of April 2013:
My great-great-grandmother somehow got into the 1920 census and the California Death Index in 1926 as Sarah M., even though her name is Sarah Lee (Allen) Haynes. My aunt has her calling card from when she lived at Lowell, Massachusetts before her marriage there, and even her grandson (who lived in the same house with her and his father Daniel Wilmont Haynes) in the 1920 census knew her name was Sarah Lee, as he wrote a letter to me in the 1970s. Did someone on your staff do all the research, or did a family member submit the tree? I would be interested in contacting the family if you know their email address (you can forward this to them if desired).

The only place I can find that gives Sarah Lee Allen's birthplace as Epsom is on her daughter Anna Bell's 1863 birth record. Are there any Epsom records from 1830 so I can verify this? I know her family is associated with Epsom. Sarah is also buried at the Angelus Rosedale Cemetery with her husband Edwin Haynes (they both died in Los Angeles County), but she does not have her name on the marker. My aunt took my older cousin there and he told me she was buried beside her husband. I have written the cemetery for more information. I don't know if you care about updating your records, as I know it is time-consuming, but I do have more information, and other corrections. For example, my great-grandmother Florence Elvira Haynes and her older brother Eugene "Gene" Bowman Haynes were both born at Indian Diggins, El Dorado County, California when Edwin and Sarah (Allen) Haynes went to California during the Gold Rush (they got around). Also, as the data you have suggests, Daniel Edwin and Edward Everett Haynes are apparently one and the same person, and he was born at Dunstable, Massachusetts (birth record available), although the family did briefly (~5 years) live at Surry, Hancock, Main
