Be it remembered that I Theodate Yeaton of Epsom in the County of Merrimack State of New Hampshire, single woman, being infirm in body but of a sound and disposing mind, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner following.
I give and devise to my mother Betsey Yeaton all my Estate both real and personal wherever situated, to have and to hold the same to her and her assigns forever.
And I hereby constitute and appoint my said mother Betsey Yeaton sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament.
