Lois Pilsbury
Epsom - Lois Pilsbury, 76, of Black Hall Road, died Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2008, at Concord Hospital.
Mrs. Pilsbury was born in Epsom, the daughter of the late Norman Scott and Mary (Brown) Munroe. She was a graduate of Pembroke Academy.
Lois spent her life caring for her family; she loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed crocheting afghans and blankets, many of which she donated to local hospitals. She loved taking care of her African Violets.
She was predeceased by her husband, Sherman Pilsbury, who passed away in 2007; granddaughter Heidi Pilsbury; a brother, Donald Munroe; and her sister, Evelyn Richardson and her husband, Perry.
She is survived by her four sons, Scott Pilsbury and his wife, Shelia, of Boscawen, twins, Glenn Pilsbury of Concord and Gary Pilsbury of Epsom, and David Pilsbury and his wife, Theresa, of Salisbury; a daughter, Kathleen Pilsbury of Epsom; three grandchildren, Keriann, Ryan and Danny; three sisters, Velma Hanson of Concord, Edna Irving of Plainville, Conn., and Mary Pilsbury and her husband, John, of Boscawen; a sister-in-law, Patricia Munroe of Barnstead; a brother-in-law, Thomas Pilsbury of Tilton; and many nieces and nephews.

Mary E. (Munroe) Pilsbury was a long time resident passed away on Sunday, Jan. 3, 2016, after a brief time at the Hospice House in Concord.
She was born in Epsom, N.H., July 24, 1933. She studied art at Boston University, and was involved with the Fresh Air Fund.
She is predeceased by her husband, John K. Pilsbury; brother Donald Monroe; and sisters Evelyn Richardson and Lois Pilsbury.
She is survived by her sisters, Velma Hanson and Edna Irving. She leaves behind her loving children; daughter Donna and her husband Gary Hubbard, their son Tobias and his son Logan, their daughter Tiffany and her husband Allen Parker, and their children Brandon, Alexis, Evan, and Damon; son Jeffrey and his daughter Kayla, her daughter Diane McKerley and fiancé Jeffrey Miller, her daughter Jessica and her husband Anthony Weddall and their daughters Lacey, Mya, and Alayna, and son Michael Jr., and her son Michael MacDougall.
She enjoyed crafting and spending time with family. She spent countless hours researching and traveling to collect genealogy information to publish a book for the Pilsbury/ Munroe families. Mary will forever be remembered with love by all that knew her.
