A piece of land in Epsom on the southwesterly corner of a lot of land I purchased of Amos Morrill, bounded as follows: beginning at the south west corner of said lot on the province road, so called, thence running 12 rods northerly by the road leading from said Epsom to Pittsfield 12, rods to a stake and stones, thence easterly 13 rods and thirteen and one thirds links to a stake and stones thence westerly 13 rods and 13 1/3 links by said road to the bounds first mentioned containing one acre of land said land is part of the lot on which I now live. - William Locke.
