EPSOM - Mrs. Myrna (Hemeon) Bartlett, 80, died peacefully Monday, July 12, 2010, at Havenwood Health Care Center in Concord, after a recent diagnosis of esophageal cancer.
Born Dec. 7, 1929, in Oakland, Calif., to Robert A. and Myrtle (Leutholtz) Hemeon, Myrna moved to Pittsfield in 1938 and graduated from Pittsfield High School in 1948.
She was working at the Lorna Doone Restaurant on the Epsom Traffic Circle when she met Robert Bartlett, whom she married in 1950. A nurturing mother and homemaker, she took over Bartlett Construction and Circle Oil in 1970 at the time of her husband's death. Myrna moved to the "Old Home" in Lincolnville, Maine, 26 years ago, where she loved to sit at the kitchen table looking out at Penobscot Bay and anticipating visits from family and friends.
Mrs. Bartlett is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Donald Martel of Epsom; her son, William Bartlett of Lincolnville, Maine; her daughter, Allyson Stalvey of Watkinsville, Ga.; nine grandchildren, Derek Martel and his wife, Amy, Robert Martel and his wife, Amy, Jennifer Chislett and her husband, Glen, Jody Chappelle, Karen Martel, Amy Bartlett, Samantha Bartlett, Tyler Stalvey and Josiah Bartlett; great-grandchildren Katie, Erin, Abram, Addisen, Bailey and Jaslyn; sister-in-law Frances Marston of Pittsfield; and several nieces and nephews.

EPSOM - Robert "Bob" C. Hemeon, 57, of Epsom died at Concord Hospital after a short period of failing health Wednesday, May 23, 2013, surrounded by his family. Bob was a loving father, partner, brother and friend to many. Heme was an avid Harley rider and considered his riding companions an extended family. RIDE FOREVER IN PEACE!

He was born in Concord on Sept. 23, 1955. He was the son of Robert W. Hemeon and Jennette Yeaton Hemeon, both deceased. He was also predeceased by his forever brother, John "Gunkie" Mitchell.

Bob was raised in Pittsfield and Chichester and lived in Epsom with his fiancée and life partner of 25 years, Jill M. Lavin. He is also survived by his daughter, Heather M. (Hemeon) LeSage and her husband, Douglas, of Manchester; his sister, Kimberly H. (Mitchell) Smith and her husband, Louis, of Loudon; his brothers, Byron W. Hemeon and his wife, Lisa, of Belmont and Irving S. Hemeon and his wife, Melanie, of Pierce, Colo.; niece, Ashley Hemeon and nephews, Charles, Kristopher and Robert G.
