A piece of land in Epsom and is part of the second thirty acre lot in the third range of lots in said Epsom and bounded beginning on the west side of the highway leading from Allenstown to Epsom and at the northeasterly corner of Alexander Salter's land on said west side of said road, thence running northeasterly on said road 18 rod, thence running west northwest as Allenstown line runs carrying the full width of 18 rods as on said road 42 rods containing four acres and 116 rods.
