This needs further proof. John and Johanna (Brown) Hartford had 2 children in the 1850 Census - Sarah J. age 6 and Mary E. age 3. This would be an age difference of 3 years for this Sarah J. (Jennie) Hartford. At time of death she is listed as married - the death of Eldridge would bear this out. A marriage record is needed to bear this out.
