From Coleman - New England Captives "Three children of Richard and Catherine were captured by Indians, while a fourth child hid in the woods. John was about 2 years old, Margaret was 6 and another unnamed daughter, probably older. Richard got them back in the summer of 1716. After peace was secured the other two were returned, but the older one had married an Indian, and feeling slighted returned to Canada.
