To wife Mary, one third part improvement of all lands in Kensington and Hampton Falls, and two lower rooms in the dwelling house etc.
To son Stephen Page, land on the west side of the cross road from Hogpen Road sol called to Horse Hill Road in Kensington plus 40 acres on the west side of Josiah Dow's land
To son Simon, my homestead where I now live with the buildings thereon
To sons Stephen and Simon, half each interest in my sawmill and land on the Falls River, also al salt marsh excepting what is otherwise disposed; two lots of land in Gilmantown, and various articles
To Son Enoch Page, one acre of salt marsh in Hampton Falls and a lot of land in Gilmanton, and debt which he owes
To son Robert Page, one acre of salt marsh in Hampton Falls, also a lot of land in Deerfield where my said son Robert now lives
