Died intestate. In Sept. of 1804 his property began to be divided, and was completed by 1806 (Rockingham County Documents).
From DAR Vol. 105, P. 218 "in 1776, was a private in Capt. Benjamin Emery's company, Col. Baldwin's regiment, NH troops." DAR also gives year of death as 1790.
May have been in Sandwich, NH 1790
