Shapley, and also a part of the land that Col. John McClary sold to Amos Morrill off Lot No. 16, said tract to have its beginning at the northeasterly end of said lot No. 5 and then to run southwesterly as said lot runs to the main road carrying such a width as will contain 35 acres exclusive of one quarter of an acre owned by William Tucker where the said Tucker now lives. - William Locke.
