27, enlisted Epsom Aug. 15, 1862. Wounded in the face and side Sept. 30, 1864
at Poplar Spring Church and was sent to hospital at Alexandria, VA where he died
of wounds Nov. 23, 1864.
Daniel C. Bickford and Jane Staples. He married Mary J. Yeaton (abt 1843-?), daughter of Solomon Yeaton. Two children, Thomas Dearborn and Ina Idell Bickford.
There is a gravestone in a Bickford plot in the Gossville/Hopkinson Cemetery.
