WILL of Elizabeth (Gordon) Burnham GOSS 1854

In the name of God, Amen
I Elizabeth Goss of Epsom in the County of Merrimack State of N.H. being weak in body but of sound mind and perfect memory do hereby make and publish this my last will and testament revoking all other wills by me made.
First, I give and bequeath my seven sons, Noah D, John D, Ezekiel H., H Floyd W., William H. Y., Alphonso Jr. and Josiah C. Burnham, each ten cents.
Secondly to the heirs of my three sons Benjamin Jr., Samuel S., and Jeremiah G. Burnham, deceased, I give and bequeath the sum of ten cents.
Thirdly, To my granddaughters Sarah Burnham, daughter of Jeremiah G. Burnham I give my gold necklace.
Fourthly To my grandson John C. Burnham I give and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my property both real and personal estate and goods chattels of every kind whatever that I may be in possession of or entitled to receive, at my decease, hereby constituting him the said John C. Burnham my sole Executor of this my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 8th day of July in the year one thousand eight hundred and fifty four.
